The doctor is still professional and does a good job.My daughters first pair were great. This time was different. The orinal young lady that helped me with b ordering glasses barely said anything to us and wasn't helpful at all. They last time they actually helped you. Explaimed things on which glasses were better vs not good for your prescription. I just actually thought that you would have individuals that cated aboit what they were doing and the people they are helping. This pair of glasses are tremendously different and wayyyyyy thicker but the same 1.67 high index glasses. Something is different and not right.NEVER want to deal with this again.

Ran 6 minutes late to appt time (attempted to call for 25 min drive in and could not get anyone to pick up the phone). Walked in and was greeted with a very rude, sorry not sorry. Lunch was more important than 6 minutes of time. Rude rude rude at the desk.

I made an appointment online a day before the appointment. Since I did not confirm through a text the night before they had put someone else in my spot. I checked in and sat down and did paperwork, and 30 minutes later they told me I needed to reschedule. I have been going here for years and WILL not be back and suggest you do the same.

This was literally one of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctors office. Everything was so personal and intentional. Each person I interacted with was so kind and made me feel comfortable. Especially Ebony, she spent probably over 45 mins teaching me how to use contacts for the first time. I had a great time with her, she made the whole experience actually enjoyable. I'm looking forward to next year when I can come back for my next exam.

My experience here has been very good over time. I really like Kathleen Wilhelmus (Dr. Katie) for me and Dr. Hurter has seen my son for several years. He's also amazing, too. I have no complaints. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman with dark hair that helped me with my glasses. She was really good too.
My only critique is the glasses selection. Haven't been able to find anything I want so am grateful I can bring in my own frames, have them assessed for fitness and use them.
