Moved out of the area and needed to get my prescription emailed to me. They tried to old scam where "its against our policy" to give it out because they want to force you to order from them crap. It was a male representative. Then called back and talked to a nice lady and she sent it without question. Fire that guy.

Left multiple voicemails with no return call so far. The referral was put in to be seen at this office back at the first week of October and I still haven't heard from this office to get my daughters apt scheduled. It seems extremely unprofessional. If this is how your staff represents your office I am not sure if I trust her eye care in your clinic.

I would leave zero stars but that's not an option. I have tried to make appointment after appointment with this eye doctor and every time I do they call me and have to reschedule for some reason. I've been through this about probably five times now. Ridiculous! Get your stuff straight people come on!
