Doctor Desmond Carl is great -- knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the experience is completely undermined by his staff. The office staff was unprofessional, condescending, and at times downright hostile. I called multiple times over a two week period needing follow-up about ordering contacts and was never called back. When I did manage to speak with someone, I couldn't get a straight answer, and the tone was dismissive and unpleasant, as if my questions were an inconvenience. It's disappointing because the doctors deserve better representation. However, patient care doesn't stop in the exam room, and the lack of basic communication and courtesy from the staff made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not return unless there are major changes in how the office is run.

Dr. Desmon is just cool. Good energy, listens, and takes the time to make sure your eye health and concerns are addressed and understood. Friendly staff, clear explanation of insurance benefits, quick turnaround time on new eyewear.

Dr.Desmon Carl is the best at giving our grandson comprehensive eye care. He has always been great at putting him at ease and has always been prompt, personal and efficient . Thank you for 15 years of wonderful care!
