Had the absolute BEST experience at Eye care Specialties. The staff out there are very friendly and the hospitality is unbeatable. The team out there worked fast and efficiently to get my 3 daughters and I, in there, eyes checked, glasses picked and out the door as quickly as possible which was appreciated since we had a day full of appointments. David Baldwin was extremely respectful as to not shut the door while my 2 older girls were getting their eyes checked while I was in the next room with my younger 2 girls. Little things like that make Eyecare Specialties 10 stars! Dr Baldwin, Katie, Bailey and Sam are definitely worth a visit there. They will put a smile on your face from the time you enter the front door until the time you leave. Can't wait for our appointment next year!!

I have been seeing Dr. Yeager (pun intended) for the past 2 years for my and my family's vision needs. He is fantastic! You can tell this is not "just a job" for him. He is kind, considerate, and thorough. He legitimately cares about his patients and takes time to make sure all concerns are addressed. I recently had some issues with my contact lenses and he immediately knew what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He is great with kids; my kids all love to go see him. The staff is great as well and always strive to make you feel welcome and cared for. Thank you! We would never go anywhere else!

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel very welcome with excellent customer service. The entire experience felt comfortable and professional. The technology they use is truly impressive, and the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for the whole time, and it was overall a very pleasant visit.

Front staff was very friendly and helpful. For the second year in a row, Dr Yeager was very curt and rushed through my appointment. He seemed angry and distracted. I find it odd because when I took my mother to him he was always professional and kind. That was my reason for choosing him in the first place. I don't think I will be returning.

Bailey helped me this morning to get contacts ordered for my child athlete today. She was professional and had the best customer service. She even informed me that my insurance covered some of the costs of the contacts! With the current government shutdown & this unexpected expense l, I wanted to cry at the fact that she was able to verify with my insurance for this discount. Thanks so much for going above and beyond Ms. Bailey!!
Oh but Here is the kicker.. Eyecare specialties (Warrensburg location) literally returned my call and informed me that they just verified my insurance and it doesn't cover anything for contacts?! I'm dumbfounded .. aren't they the same company. Kudos to Bailey & Eyecare specialties in Sedalia! I will transfer my family's buisness to your location and let our friends know to do the same!
