I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I was in St. Louis for an event and unfortunately didnt pack my daily contacts which I NEED to function. I had called five places before all with no luck of having the brand I needed. I gave them a call and they were more than happy to help provide me a trial pack for the week of my event. Although I was from out of town and NOT a patient, they treated me as though I was a regular. That kind of customer service speaks volumes, and I truly appreciate their kindness and assistance! Incredibly professional and would recommend to any locals!

We had a terrific experience. Comfortable surroundings, super knowledgeable staff, state of the art equipment and absolutely no pressure whatsoever to purchase glasses from them. We were in and out in a timely manner. It was SO different than the nationwide chains we've experienced. I will definitely go back and would recommend these folks to everyone. They were recommended to us, We'd never heard of them before. It's obvious they aren't wasting their money on advertising but putting it into their business. Good job here!

During new patient visit we were taken to a room to wait for fifty minutes before being seen.
Once seen Dr came in for five minutes to dilate eyes and left again. Total appointment time was one hour and ten minutes, time with Dr twenty-five mins. I understand time gets thrown off and I would hope that, that is the case.
Otherwise staff was kind.
I have an upcoming appointment and I will update review if time management has improved.

The technician and doctor made me feel very comfortable and calm when usually I am anxious at the eye doctor. Quick and painless exam! Picking out a frame, Alexis was extremely patient and made sure I felt like I could take my time to make a decision. I would certainly like to come to this branch for my next exam!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctors are nice and explain things very well. I'm kinda disappointed because I could not get my lenses in glass. I prefer glass over plastic due to the fact I work in a shop environment and there are metal sparks and grinding debris in the air and scratch and hot metal burns and embeds in plastic very easily. So I may be replacing the lenses very often. The price for the plastic lenses are more expensive the glass but I could go to another company and get the glass lenses may have to do this after I get these.

Waiting room could use the following improvements; more seating and comfortable chairs. Also a place to hang coats in waiting room, and hooks on the back of exam room doors.
