Amazing visit! I can't stress enough how every single staff member was extremely professional, caring, supportive and made the experience very stress free. The staffed worked together impeccably with strong mentions to Alecia in Sales and Wendy the Optech. Alecia has such amazing customer service, i appreciate her so much!

Ms. Alecia was the best. She made me feel comfortable and was excited that I was excited about my two pairs of new glasses and how they looked on me. She was kind and engaging. She was so easy to talk to. Like I'd known her forever. I was actually surprised about the price I paid for both pair with progressive lenses. I pick them up in two weeks. Thank you America's Best. Keep those eyeglass styles coming. They are fire! And this is for Ms. Alecia, don't ever let your smile fade, it brightens your eyes. And your conversation, touched my heart. You got this girl! This by far had been the worst experience ever switching back over to contacts. I visited this location almost a month ago now and still don't have my contacts. Sent me home with first one pair of trials then I had to go the other pair a week later. Both times never received notice saying they were in the store. Figured out which pair I liked since they both were different and went back in for fitting. Unfortunately, the ones I got had just split so they needed to order new ones but now I was expected to know which ones when I originally was never told to remember which ones I liked. So, now they had to order new ones to make sure it was correct ones and I'm still waiting for them to come in on top of I'm sure when I do decide I will be waiting again for the supply to come in. Never again will I visit America's Best. I just want my contacts at this point.

I took my glasses in to be repaired because they kept sliding off my face. My glasses were returned to me after about 5 minutes, broken (one of the legs had come off). I was told that they were broken beyond repair and that there was nothing that could be done to fix them. When I inquired about reimbursement or a replacement pair, I was treated as though I was being unreasonable. It wasn't until I mentioned feeling uncomfortable driving without them that the employee offered to see if my lenses would fit into any of the frames. I got lucky and they did, but I dislike the frames and am really very sad about losing my old ones. I'm frustrated that I wasn't warned about the possibility of them breaking to begin with and then was offered no apology or repayment when they were broken. If I hadn't of pointed out the (obvious) safety concern, I don't think they would have worked with me at all. I'm now feeling incredibly frustrated and disheartened.

Dr G, Alecia & Kat were fabulous, professional & extremely easy to work with. Also, tech who performed initial eye testing but forgot his name. Fantastic experience.

Customer service was better than most places in STL. The doctors are pharma tools here too. My script was wrong, my son's script was wrong and the idiot here tried to put me in contacts twice the price and effort (dailies) of my normals that I've been wearing for over a decade because my eyes have "cracks". Lol. Everyone's eyes have cracks. Went right over to LensCrafters and was sorted that day.

Cameo was amazing. She was sweet kind and very helpful! She had excellent customer service, she even helped me choose my eyeglasses. Paradise was also excellent she helped me understand my benefits, how the plans worked, and explained what worked best for me. Dr. Rick was also amazing as usual. I appreciate his expertise!

I've attended this location for years now and I must say it's always a pleasure to come back. My experiences have always been very informative with not the health of my eyes but their services that the company provides as well. It's always engaging with the staff. If you run into Destiny especially she's has an unwise way of making you comfortable and know you're in the right hands with America's Best. Her attitude and approach with clients is in so many words memorable. Leaves a fantastic impression on you and remind you that you're in the right place and here is where you want to be. Thank you to the staff for always being on top of everything and doing an excellent job at everything you do especially Destiny had to give her a special shout-out once again!
