America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Amber was the highlight of my visit. Helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I give her 5 stars. The rest brought a five star review down to a 3. Totally rubbed me the wrong way. Instead of one purchase for exam and glasses I was rushed into paying for the exam and told hope to see you soon. Uh...I was going to purchase glasses. I asked about the cost of the glasses as it was advertised on the walls 2 pair for x $s. No clue what I was talking about. Then I was shown a price sheet with the coatings, tint, etc. No thank you I am happy with my Zenni pricing. Great exam though.

Stopped in America's Best to check on the frames they offer . Had a good selection . Employees were very friendly . Very helpful . Answered all of our questions .

Jamie, Amber and Sajra (sp?) are just amazing. If more companies had employees that worked with customers like these, life would be great. Great to be able to praise a company location this genuinely. Also love Dr. Carl. Straightforward and anticipates well and very informative.

Arthur needs to be retrained in customer service. Scolded another associate in front of the patient she was helping and other patients in the store. He proceeded to take another walk in patient before me even though I was there first. Very unprofessional and reminded why I stopped coming to America's Best. Hope he isn't management because the store is doomed if so.

Showed up early for my appointment with only a couple in front of me. Waited 10 mins past my appointment with no real assistance other than the front desk that greeted me who was amazing btw. However after waiting the now 13 mins past my appointment I decided to leave and when I was walking out I was advised that they were super busy with still only helping the original couple that was before. Any suggestions on where to get contacts because getting help here is obviously not happening

My experience was unpleasant, to say the least. This was one of the quickest eye exams I've ever had, and it felt rushed and impersonal. The doctor even commented about being tired, which didn't inspire much confidence. Additionally, the employee Jamie was condescending toward my husband and me, speaking to us as if we were incapable of understanding instead of taking the time to kindly explain things. This wasn't our first bad experience here. My husband mentioned that during his last visit, the staff was also rude. I will not be returning to this location. They seriously need to improve how they communicate with patients. What was supposed to be a routine and pleasant appointment has now forced me to visit a different America's Best location just to receive proper care. Very disappointing.

Very good experience. Sayra went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend her for a raise. She's an asset to your company

Wish I could give a -0-. Appointment was at 1pm. We drove from Ste Genevieve and in all the traffic got there at 1:05pm and told we missed our appointment. We have been taking the whole family here for all eye needs. Not anymore and we now will go out of our way to steer people away from this place. We wait 20 to 30 minutes past the appointment time every time we have come up but they couldn't wait 5 minutes? Well they just lost a customer for life. We will find a closer eye doctor and one that has a little more understanding. This place sucks and you should avoid.
