I had no appointment. Doctor Royer had never seen me before, took me and treated me well. Previously I had gone to Dr. Birdie. He was not in that day. Nice office filled with caring people. Many thanks.

In the past, I have been completely satisfied with my care. I have received excellent service from everyone. However, I recently changed insurance companies. I checked in as normal, no issues or mentions of my insurance were made at the time of check in. It took me approximately 25 minutes to wait in the waiting room. In addition to the normal testing and doctor's visit, I also purchased eye care products. As I was driving home, I received a phone call informing me that I would be responsible for the bill since this appointment was out of network. Since I felt I should have been informed about this change and the cost of the service prior to my appointment, I was concerned. It is understandable that things happen, but options should have been provided. As a result of not feeling appreciated, I decided to write this review. Ester was amazing when I called billing. My concerns were directed to the appropriate person by her. After leaving a detailed message at the check-in, I was assured that I would receive a call back as soon as possible. Mention that she did not understand how this occurred. Since several days have passed without a return phone call or any update, the problem has gotten worse.

Generally attentive to patient and offered thorough explanations of medical condition and explained all alternative treatment options. Was prompt without long wait times to be seen. Received new prescription from eye doctor at my facility the same day--within a couple of hours. Was thoroughly explained surgery and alternatives to surgery.

Waited an hour and half. Guy next to me waited 45 minutes. No parking is available, handicapped or otherwise. The doctor is disengaging, mumbles to an assistant; no exchange with the patient. My Mother is in a wheelchair, they dilated her, rolled her aside, and she fell asleep in the corner. This group advertises heavily on radio and pays personalities to endorse them. The stations target Seniors. Consequently, Seniors go to the one they recognize. Medicare B/Aetna patients have many other choices besides this group. There is no appointment confirmation/reminder application or text. You must call and confirm. If you try to call and confirm, they don't answer the phone, and you go into voicemail. One star is for the front desk staff. They are great.

They are booked pretty far out, so call to schedule an appointment at least a month or more in advance. Otherwise, it's hard to get in. Unless of course it's an emergency. I have been a patient there for many years. When I did have an emergency they made room for me that same day, which I appreciated because they are really busy. Dr. Royer is very thorough and very professional. The staff is friendly and things run pretty smoothly there for as busy as they are. I'm happy with the treatment I have received here.

I have been going to this office for years. The last year has been fantastic for improved wait times and the doctors are ALWAYS engaged concerned about every detail. They have saved my sight.

One star would've been too good. Everytime I go to see this doctor it's a long wait. He doesn't have the decent to apologize for having me wait. I had to leave on two occasions. I have other things I have to do that's why time appointments are made, not to have me waiting for an hour or more.
