Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Wait time was minimual... Doctor listened and took time. The medical assistant was the perfect combo of professional and laid back friendly personality. I have paralysis on one side that effects eye. Opening it wide enough for certain test can be tricky. The assistant made me feel comfortable and truly went out if way to make the experience positive! A million thank you goes out to him. He made what is usually an awkward time for me very comfortable and easy! I hope that some recognition is given to this highly professional and caring young man!

I have been getting my ey exams here for many years. They are friendly, detailed, patient and thorough. I had made a mistake and entered the wrong time for my appointment in my calendar. When I showed up at the wrong time they accommodated me without any issue. Very customer focused service.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Dr. Antoine was thorough, patient and took time to explain everything clearly. The staff was welcoming. I left feeling confident about my eye health. Highly recommend!

Great service they were able to get me in and out. Their selection of glasses were nice. The only thing I was I could change would be the ability to get my prescription lenses the same day however the service provider told me a lot has changed after Covid and I completely understand the time frame on the return for the prescription.

Awesome service. The young man that did my tests was so friendly and patient. Everyone in the office was so helpful and kind. What a great visit. I pray that my follow up visits are just as wonderful.

Amazing doctor! I was away for a couple of years because my insurance changed. I'm so glad to be back to seeing Dr. Antoine with another insurance change. He discovered an issue with my eyes and spent extra time to treat it. I'm grateful for his extra care!

After several years of being a patient of Antoine's my experience was horrible today. I had first asked the young lady to clean the equipment because of makeup was sitting on the chin part the head rest, then I had to ask for some tissue to dry it myself. Immediately afterwards she had an attitude. Once my exam was completed I received pricing for my contacts. Instead of six months supply I wanted 90day pricing, she continued to give me a price for one eye instead of two. I explained to her that ordering for one eye is no good I need contacts for both eyes. I also requested for my PD's she stated they no longer give those she recommends that I place a credit card in the center of my head for measurements. I ask the male optometric assistant who was returning from lunch what my request was, he began to assist me. His customer service was remarkable, very professional. While standing in the waiting area, Dr. Antoine and the female optometric assistant were not aware that I standing there listening to them have a full conversation about me. She was wrong in stating her facts. When I corrected her on what she was stating they both turned around and looked surprise. Dr Antoine and his female optometric assistant with the chip pink nail polish, pink sweater and loud pink lipstick are BOTH RUDE, NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL The quality of service was horrible after being a patient for several years. Next time Dr Antoine when your discussing any complaints about your patients you NEVER discuss it openly in the lobby were everyone can hear you both. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will NEVER return to this establishment again and I requested for my file to be deleted. I wish I could give a 0 but I can't.

The establishment is clean and the wait time is minimal when you have an appointment. However, I encountered an issue with the hidden prices. The staff showed me a brochure that presented two options for my contacts: one priced at $110 and the other at $240. They even explained that my insurance covers $150 for contacts. Despite this information, I opted for the $110 option, assuming my insurance would cover the remaining cost. However, the staff informed me that the total would be $380. I was shocked and asked why the price was so high, even though the brochure didn't explicitly state it. They pointed out that one of the contacts was more expensive than the other, and even after deducting the $150 from my insurance, the total came to $380. They didn't offer any alternative for the more expensive contact or provide any explanation for the discrepancy. As a result, my bill and out-of-pocket expense (after insurance) for an eye exam and contact review amounted to $140. Additionally, I would incur almost $400 extra to purchase contacts for six months. Honestly, I've never paid that much for a six-month supply of contacts. Usually, eye doctor offices offer different brands that may be more affordable than what they mention. However, this place seemed a bit shady to me after this experience.
