I recently purchased a pair of JMM Duke Gonzo sunglasses from Black Optical online, and I have to say the experience was exceptional. Came in today with a pair glasses (got stepped on) arms out of alignment so far I thought they might be done for but JOSH took his time worked some magic and was able to get them back EXTREMELY close to factory straightness! My frames sit evenly on my face. You cant even tell they were in bad shape! I am very satisfied w the service here and would definitely recommend Black Optical to anyone in need of repairs or new lenses and a frames. Customer Service Excellent. Thank You Very Much Sir.

I work in the Central West End and my eye glasses needed my nose pads replaced. They were very friendly and courteous. They helped me from the time opened the door until the time I left. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend trying Black Optical.

The staff was really kind and the repair was pretty quick. I'm grateful that I was able to wear the glasses for a little while. Unfortunately the material the arms of my glasses were replaced with caused an allergic reaction and it broke me out so I can't wear them anymore. Also, the material of the arms seemed to be less weighty than the originals, so it caused the glasses to fall on my nose more often which left bruising for a bit also. I believe it would be best to get original part replacements if possible.

My eye exam with Dr Boules went smoothly: my eye health was evaluated with the help of a state-of-the-art camera, my visual acuity was checked and he provided a new prescription for reading glasses... all in less than half an hour, but taking his time to explain what we were doing and the results. 12-18 months from now, I will be back with him.

Dr. Boules took the time to explain the different parts of the exam to me and made meticulous small changes to get my prescription just right. The administrative team was just as thorough and supportive. I had excellent service from Natalie and Aaron who helped me through choosing frames and adjusting them after they came in for the perfect fit. This is my first time wearing eyeglasses, and I'm really glad I had the experience with the Black Optical team!
