When I came to the facility, my appointment was 12:30 and I wasn't seen until 3:00. The older person that works in the facility really need to retire. I was informed that me and my son's glasses would be ready in one week. I really needed there glasses to be ready before school started. I gave the facility an extra 2 days before I even called to see if the glasses was ready. When I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be told the glasses were not ready and that they would be ready the next day. Well, called back the next day glasses still not ready. Now, it's the weekend. School starts Monday. I call on Monday just to be told to call back in 10 minutes. I am really frustrated!!!

This place is friendly, comfortable, and has great customer service. I enjoy the owner helping out as well, that's very good leadership! I hope and plan on going there today for some glasses and have my old ones repaired. Also I need my annual eye exam.

I've been coming here since middle school.im 35 and hate to say im now done with them.never have my stuff ready. Never contact solution.told R. Al my son needed the string so he wouldn't lose his glasses. Never got the string in the mail like he said. Been 3 months now.ugh.hate to leave but they need some help.

I've been bringing my uncle Milton here since the beginning of December. Now at first I thought he was just old and going crazy cause he's 80 year's old and I bring him here every other day since December now tell me why he still doesn't have his glasses this is ridiculous I'm pissed. I know one thing after this he will be changing his eye doctor I will not advise anyone to go to this place

this place is terrible took my grandparents there two months ago and today which is 12*7*16 they don't remember the frames he picked out are you serious. we set there for one hour and 20 mins and you don't have the frames we were expecting for the glasses to be ready he to old to running the business he need to retire

Went there four weeks ago I didn't receive my glasses until 3weeks later. The Reverend lied everyday I called. Will never go back again. Lost a 15year customer

Great,Humble man older pastor treat everyone with the same love, patience & respect.Yes be patient with him Also mke sure you take the time to make sure your information is correct.And your pick up is fast because if you leave them for a while it might take him sometime to get to them are you as you wait.He is usually by himself.Yet his work is GREAT & CORRECT.

It's been 2months and no glasses Al lied and said my insurance didn't pay they paid the 1st week I will never go back retite old man u r too old
