The process moves much more efficiently if you fill your paperwork on line. Once I walked in the office I was met by friendly smiles. Within 5 minutes my exam began. The doctor and staff are friendly making you feel comfortable your entire visit.

Been going here for years. Ever since dr. Herbold retired it's been a a bit of a joke. But I stuck with them.just recently I had a medical emergency and booked an appointment yesterday. They called me two hours before my appointment stating that I owed on a bill 9 years ago. With that being said I've been there numerous times. I have no records of said bill but it's nice to know that patient care is out the window there. Im absolutely disappointed.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on multiple pairs of glasses, and every pair has either been the wrong prescription or has given me a headache. I've tried to call corporate. I've tried to make new appointments, but they refuse to make it right. They said that it is too long and that they cannot help me.
I would never go here again, and I would never recommend them to someone else

Bad hours and weird policies (like "we don't let you pick up glasses you bought after 430, even though we are open) makes it difficult to get glasses here.
Edit: after I wrote this we tried, once again, to pick up glasses on a random Tuesday afternoon. My wife took off work and drove all the way from Maryland heights to take our son to get his glasses and, guess what? They are randomly closed on Tuesday now! We have now gone to pick up glasses 3 times and have not been able to get them.

I would not patronize this place because of the manager, Tabitha. Tabitha is the most unprofessional, angry, rude individual.
Tabitha does not know how to communicate with customers or people in general.
This was my first time patronizing this store and I will not go back. There are far better establishments to spend your money at and being treated like a customer.
There was a bright spot in my experience there, Zack did treat me well as a customer and a person.
