Be aware if you get your eyeglasses done from this store. They are not going to work with you smoothly to get your eyewear checked if they goof up!
They not only smooth talked into having me buy two frames but once the glasses were ready and my eyes couldn't fit into them, they said they would charge me to get my eyes checked again!
Once they discovered that my insurance will cover the examination, they gave me an appointment. But then when I went on a snowy day for that appointment, I was re-asked all those questions, they took more than half hour to figure things out.... Very shady.... And definitely unpleasant experience. The communication among staff at this store/clinic is so poor... And the docs wouldn't bother to hear our what's going on, instead sheepishly tell staff what to tell customers! I walked out without an eye examination after 45 minutes of all that melodrama.

Had a great experience here after Target Optical left me never wanting another eye exam in my life. The front desk staff was wonderful, the eye doctor did a great job, and they were able to correct a misdiagnosis from Target Optical after I was left fearing I would lose my sight over the next couple decades of my life.
And all it took was a simple exam. I didn't have to have my eyes dilated, and they measured my pupillary distance and adjusted my glasses at my request. I had a great experience and, even with all those annoying phone calls, mailers, and texts that Clarkson corporate sends out, I'm back for good.

The person I talk to when wrapping up was rude and informative. She let me leave without giving the glasses for after my eyes where dilated I almost crash I was so disappointed. I grab my info to take it else where.

The scheduler did not schedule me for an important exam that is required for the medication I take. I requested this exam three times on the call, only to arrive and I was unable to have the exam. After I informed the doctor of this mistake, I was brushed off and told I would have to be rescheduled. Complete waste of time.

Things seemed great, until I got to picking out and purchasing glasses. I was understanding at first because my insurances system was down. Two weeks go by (after calling twice to told the system was still down) and on my third call they claim to not have an order at all, and that I need to come back in to be remeasured. Totally unapologetic and huge attitude when I asked them just to forget about the order and take my purchase elsewhere.
What a mess, I just want glasses. Ended up ordering a cheap pair online until I can figure out somewhere else to go that takes vsp.
