Had a great first visit to the doctor yesterday! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The doctor was nice and informative, sharing some useful insights I didn't know about. Already looking forward to my next appointment in a year!

I was very pleased with the Staff and the Dr. at my appointment. They are kind, respectful and caring. They also explain EVERTHING about your appointment throughout each step. Good customer service is #1 for me!

I had a good experience at Clarkson. The staff was excellent. Dr. David is very professional and explains everything so that the patient is aware of the condition of his or her eye health.

I had an excellent experience at Clarson Eye Care Center. The fitting and examination of my eyewear, including both contact lenses and glasses, were done with great precision. Dr. David is highly skilled and knowledgeable, making sure that I fully understood and engaged in the various practices and procedures. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating, providing great front-line client care. I highly recommend Clarson Eye Care Center for anyone in need of eye care services.

I visited Clarkson Eye Care today for the first time, and while the doctor was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough but the receptionist (older lady wearing heavy blush, pixie cut wig with glasses) made the entire experience uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, short, and clearly not interested in actually helping me. When she did engage, she over talked me instead of listening, often asking questions I had already answered. It showed that she wasn't paying attention, just rushing through the interaction. Her mannerisms were unprofessional, she kept laughing mid-sentence for no reason, which made it even more awkward. I also noticed she treated other patients the same way, cold, dismissive, and disengaged. That's not the kind of energy anyone should deal with when going to a medical appointment. Especially when the wait is already long. Because of this, I won't be returning to this location. I've already requested a different one for my check up and any future visits. It's unfortunate because the care from the doctor was great, but the receptionist clearly lacks the basic customer service skills needed for a front desk role. Clarkson needs to seriously address this.

The doctor and staff are very professional and friendly. I always feel welcomed and learn something new about eye care.

The jennings mo location is by far superior to any other Clarkson Eyecare we have ever visited! From the doctor to the assistants to the receptionist, EVERYONE was superb!!!
