Dr. Greuloch was extremely professional, took his time with me, truly listened, and addressed all of my concerns. He never made me feel rushed, and his thorough approach ultimately led to fixing all of the issues I came in with. It's clear he genuinely cares about his patients.
I also want to give special recognition to Brittany, who handled scheduling. She took excellent care of me--very pleasant to talk to, personable, polite, and genuinely caring. She went the extra mile to make sure my scheduling was handled perfectly, which made the entire experience stress-free.

CEC came highly recommend to me from a physician friend, and I have not been disappointed. After cataract surgery on both eyes and a later procedure to remove scar tissue, I am so happy with all the results. Also friendly and professional staff and no issues with insurance coverage.

Dr Gruelock (excellent surgeon) is more focused on his financial gain than in the wellness of his patients.
After months of treatment and excessive fees I am disappointed at his refusal to honor a financial contract that was previously signed and dated.
Additionally he also refused to recognize and treat a lingering discomfort and pain caused by inflammation (iritis)due to surgery.
A second opinion made a diagnosis and is treating the problem with eye drops.
I find the treatment in this clinic very impersonal, rushed, un empathetic and focused on financial gain rather than the wellness of the patient.
A legal complaint has been filed.

Staff was pleasant and very professional . What i did not appreciate was the refraction scam . I had no idea what they were talking about until i left and asked the front desk if i owe them anything. She said yes for the refraction test . Had no idea what it was . My wife said they said the same thing to her. She told them it should not cost anything , and the front desk said ok thank you ..it was only 59 dollars but still a sleazy practice in my opinion .

I feel very welcomed here. Every staff member from front to back is friendly and professional. The office and parking are very clean. Pricing for appointments is a little higher than a chain establishment, but pretty decent for a small practice. Glasses and contacts are all budget friendly or average price while still having a wide variety of brands. Everything I asked about was taken seriously and explained clearly. I really appreciate that there is a diverse staff, it makes things much more comfortable and welcoming seeing people of all different ages, races, sizes, and gender in the building. Shoutout to all the receptionists and assistants, Jennifer & Barb for helping pick nice glasses, and Dr. Luong.
