I had an appointment scheduled at the Loughborough Crown on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 8 a.m. I called the store twice to confirm my appointment day and time. I had to leave voicemail messages both times, neither of which were replied to. I also reached out online to verify and confirm my appointment, again no response. We are off to a fantastic start. I arrive at 7:45 on the day of my scheduled appointment to find the door locked and lights off. I wait in my car for someone to arrive and open the store. Someone who I thought was another patient pulls into a handicap parking spot about 7:55. This person gets out of the car looking like a hot mess. She had on fuzzy slippers, didn't look like she brushed her hair for days and had NO handicap plates or placards on her car but felt it was okay to park in a handicap spot. I go into the store again and the hot mess who parked in the handicap spot is the receptionist. She had a bad attitude and a chip on her shoulder from the moment I walked in. I was told there is no doctor on staff and all the people who had appointments scheduled were notified of this. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED. There was no empathy, no apology, NOTHING. She truly didn't care. I was furious and ended up cussing at her, not my finest moment I will admit. I left and was able to get a same day appointment with Lens Crafters where the employees were actually courteous and looked like they showered. I am surprised by how badly my experience was with Crown as I have been there in the past and never had anything like this happen. I will never be back here again. If this is how you are now treating people you need to close your business.

I've been going here several years now. The eye doctor is always thorough with her exams, answers my questions regarding vision changes and actually prints out my prescription for my file, or if I want to purchase frames elsewhere or later in the year. The tech workers are so helpful in suggesting which frames look good on the face and navigate my insurance online forms like magic. These ladies haven't changed but this year my insurance did, still...it was smooth work. Usually there are major hiccups when your insurance changes. Bravo, ladies! Loughborough location.
The Customer service was amazing, my son found the glasses and added a few optional add ons. To conteract screens affect on his eyes, also discussed future options for my situation. The Doctor explained as she was giving the eye exam as we went along and why... If you are looking for one of the most professional, well versed and relaxing (i know right) eye exams then visit these ladies in the loughborough location.
I HIGHLY recommend this Crown Vision Center for all of your needs as far as Eye Exams, Eye Glasses, or Contacts!!! All of the ladies at this location go above and beyond for their customers, and this includes Dr. Resuli as well!!!!

I had my last visit in April. As a diabetic, I'm required to have my eyes dilated as part of my annual eye exam -- not only for my health, but also because it's included in the billing process. However, during my visit, the doctor informed me that because the dilation wasn't noted in the appointment, they couldn't perform it due to scheduling constraints.
I explained that I had taken time off work specifically for this annual exam and emphasized the importance, especially since severe eye issues run on both sides of my family. Despite this, the doctor showed no empathy and still charged me for the full exam.
I later visited a different provider -- Clarkson Eyecare -- who clearly explained how billing works. In their words, "Yeah, they pulled a fast one on you," as I was still charged for a complete exam that wasn't properly performed.
I'm extremely disappointed that my former provider chose to prioritize convenience over patient care and transparency. It feels like corners were cut at my expense -- both financially and medically. Given that this location serves an urban and underserved area, I'm concerned that others may be taken advantage of in similar ways.
I do not recommend this office. My provider was Dr. Eneida Resuli, O.D.
My daughters and I go there and we love going to that location .patients is everything and that's what the have there
I 100% recommend Dr. Eneida. It was my first time in this location (many times in other Crown Vision Centers), and I will definitely make this location my primary center for my vision. Staff very friendly and they don't push you to buy their stuff.
The receptionist is VERY RUDE! I've been coming here over 12 years, never had an issue, same insurance. She tried to refuse my daughter her appt after I mentioned that I'll be contacting corporate. "If you're going to do that, then you can leave". A customer has the right to contact whomever if they feel as though their needs are unmet! She ran my insurance over the phone when I made the appointment because I asked will there be an out of pocket cost. Why would I bring insurance cards when I've been coming well over 10 years with the SAME insurance and she confirmed it was on file because I ordered my glasses over the phone
