Maria is the crowned jewel when it comes to customer service and helpfulness. I used to go to Clarkson Eyecare, and while I liked my doctor, the staff wasn't always easy to deal with and I always felt rushed and as if I were an annoyance. Dr. Kojima and the staff are excellent -- knowledgeable and friendly. I arrived a half hour before my appointment, but after filling out minimal paperwork, I was quickly taken to Dr. Kojima, who explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions very clearly. After the exam, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting my eyeglass frame selection. I was able to leave the store only 10 to 15 minutes after my original appointment time.
