5/5 for the employees. Every single person who helped me was super duper kind and friendly. Zero wait on appointment time, too. 2/5 on selection. I am a petite person (with my face correspondingly small). Unfortunately, I ended up leaving with no glasses because there wasn't really a huge selection that fit my face, and the ones available weren't anything I wanted. I will say, though, the employees were great. They were running all over opening drawers checking things, etc. They worked SO hard to try to get me taken care of. I'll probably go back annually just for eye exams even if I have to source my actual glasses elsewhere just because the staff was so great.

I didn't plan on buying glasses from Lens Crafters. I usually get the exam then order online, but I did kind of get an odd lens in a pair this way. The employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Emonda who ran thie tests on my eyes really knew her stuff. Alexis helped greatly by running multiple pairs of glasses with my insurance to see what was the best fit cost wise for me. She also made sure I didn't leave there looking crazy too and it was much appreciated. I didn't want to buy from the store because of the cost being a bit higher, right? Which wasn't anything like I thought it would be for one, but I wouldn't have gotten the professional service and guidance with insurance and help with choosing the perfect pair.
Overall my experience was awesome and I highly recommend Lens Crafters in South County.
