Outstanding service. the eye appointment was professional, and the DR clearly explained everything as we were working through the exam. The pre-exam service was exceptional, with detailed explanations, a clear listing of options offered and the reason for them without pressure to up sell. The final completion of options, with costs and variables was clearly described by Spenser, who provided information without pressuring for a decision. He allowed me to weigh my options at my pace. The glasses arrived quickly and in great condition. Outstanding service at all points of the experience.

The optometrist was very kind & took her time to ensure my son was comfortable during his first eye exam. Bedside manner was 10/10! While we did not purchase our glasses there (yet) the staff did make every effort to ensure we would be getting the best available promotions, and their sales technique was not overbearing. They were helpful, informative, and available without pushing too hard. We're shopping around, but the customer service will likely bring us back here to make our purchase! (Also super convenient that they have same day glasses)

Dr. Prewitt with DO- West County/Lens crafters is the best! She is always patient and kind while getting to know you and during the exam. She's a great educator when it comes to explaining results or answering questions. You can tell she truly enjoys optometry and people!

1 star -- extremely poor experience I held off leaving a review to allow opportunity for establishment to rectify concerns but with each encounter the experiences became more and more disappointing. Initially, I had the first scheduled appointment of the day for eye exam but experienced long wait times and watched three other customers be seen before me. There was a complete lack of transparency throughout my visits. Multiple staff members gave me false information: two provided incorrect pricing details and two others misled me about product availability. I was overcharged and services/items were added to my bill without my consent. When I asked for a breakdown of charges, no one could explain them -- I was simply told "our receipts are wacky." It took a very long time for my eyeglasses to arrive and nearly two months for the trial lenses. After roughly five visits to the store I still don't have what I came in for. Staff appeared more interested in selling and upselling than in providing customer service or resolving issues. I will not return and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB seeking a refund for services and insurance payments for items I never received. Not recommended.

The staff was courteous, went over everything in a clear and concise manner, and we were treated with nothing less than gracious mannerism and fantastic service. Looking forward to future visits to this location.

Our visit was great! From Lucianna to the doctor and all the way to Alec. They were all incredibly helpful, insightful, and easy to talk to. Thank you all for making an experience of a large expense sting a bit less.
