All the staff here are exceptional and very kind. Many of which have their own personal stories about dry eye issues. On intake they are very attentive and listen to all your symptoms, issues, and stories and take them seriously!
Dr. Tonya Bourn especially goes out of her way to get to the source of your problem along with a plethora of ideas and solutions to tackle the symptoms in the mean time. She truly deserves all the praise I could give her! She managed to link my dry eye / Inflammation / Vitamin A (after pushing for a series of blood panels) issues to early onset gut issues and pushed for me to see a gastroenterologist. She is always nice and only does what you are comfortable with while wanting the best for your overall health!
Long story short I am now well onto my way to getting my body's inflammation under control. My eyes are finally starting to feel better after a long couple year journey (of which she has been along for about a year of) and I can't thank her enough! She is now a very important part of my medical team!

Those of you who know how long I have been struggling, this is one the places I have been going to for few months for dry eye treatment. I have been so happy with the results even though I dont always do a good job with following through with the daily treatment. I doing better and being able to handle driving better. The doctor has a very good bedside manor. The rest of staff also are great.
