Great location. Very clean well lighted parking lot. Easy access to office. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and PLESANT staff! So appreciated when my health is concerned. I was very nervous going into this procedure, but ever one from the officer at the reception desk, check-in, all of the nurses, technicians and especially my attending surgeon were so attentive to my well-being. I'm very satisfied with this Doctor and the staff.

The whole process from scheduling to seeing the doctor was bad. Had an appointment for a cataract consultation with all the test it took more than three hours, which is fine if that's what it takes. I wear contact lenses, come to find out that you can't wear your contacts for two weeks before the test. I feel like the people who schedule these type of appointments should make you aware of this before they schedule you. No one said a word, so now all those test are no good and I have to wait until next year for cataract surgery because of insurance purposes. They said someone will contact you with instructions, no one contacted me with instructions because they gave me a surgery date but didn't actually put it in the system. Dr. Asghari wasn't very friendly but he explained the surgery process and I thought I understood. I asked the other eye doctor (can't remember her name) to get him back in the room. I guess when she went to get him she told him that I had more questions and didn't fully understand what he said. He came back in the room with a demeaning tone and voice raised. Worst experience ever and a big waste of time.
