The nurses were great. Very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist were not very nice at all. You must be nice to people in a job like this. I worked with people for 43 years I know . I had a relative with me and she was very upset also .

Technician were very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. The other staff members that I dealt with were cordial and, likewise, as efficient as the techs. Dr. Galanis explained the procedure in a way that was easily understood and was very helpful with the choice of lenses.
