Koetting Eye Center

Koetting has always been very professional and helpful over the years, and my experience this time was just as great. Everyone who evaluated my eyes and helped me with my first set of contacts was informative, patient and caring. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my eyecare.

My son and I went for our first eye appts here today. Absolutely amazing practice. Everyone was knowledgeable and this was the best experience we have had for our eye appts. My son needed a certain size for his eyeglasses and, if their rep had not happened to have been there and had something he loved, they were prepared to order samples of what he wanted to try on so that he could get what he wanted. Will absolutely return.

I am in my 46th year of going to this practice (going back to when they were in the University Club Tower, with Dr. Koetting and Dr. Carmen Costellano). The have always given me the very best vision I can get out of contact lenses, keeping me appraised of any technological improvements in the lenses. The doctors and technicians are professional and thorough. I believe they use some of the very best equipment available for conducting their annual eye exams. Several years ago, they spotted a large tear at the back of my eye, and got me to an ophthalmologist quickly to get it repaired, for which I am grateful. I have never contemplated going to any other provider.

I have been a patient for over 50 years, and have never had a negative experience here. Drs. Carmen, Joe, and Nick have taken care of my contact lens, glasses, and a few medical eye conditions effectively and the entire staff makes patients feel welcome. Their in house glasses are fashionable and fit every size face imaginable.

I have been at Koetting since 1985. I also drive from Chicago the last 20 yrs. for eye care. I tied a couple places in Chicago, I had to return. Best eye care I have ever had. I do wear hard contacts and I was 15 when I started. Im 55 now and make sure they care for my eyes.

Always great service at Koetting Eye Center. Everyone there is very professional and I highly recommend it for all your eye care needs. I've been seeing Dr. Nick for years and recently took my son for his first visit. Nick was great with him and got all of our concerns taken care of.

Everyone is professional and personable. They know me by name as soon as I walk in. My eye health is complex but Dr. Joe and Dr. Nick give me excellent, research-based care. I've been a patient for years and am very appreciative of both their clinical and business practices.

I really appreciate the care that I get at Koetting Eye Center. I have been going there for several years and I appreciate the way the doctors listen to my concerns and consider the best ways to help me with eye/vision issues. And I also really appreciate the time they take to help me pick out frames. Great professionals who provide outstanding customer service!
