Stopped in to check out their eyeglass selection . Nice employees . Extremely busy . They were too busy to ask questions . Was wrong time of day to look for frames . Liked some of the frames but went elsewhere to check on frames .

Not happy with the frames. Returned them 3 times because the tip had a defect and was scraping side of my face. You could feel it AND see it. I'm not convinced they actually provided a new frame each time. It's weird all 3 frames had same problem (same side and tip defect). Person helping me seemed very disinterested in helping resolve the problem. He wouldn't even look at the frame to acknowledge there was an issue. Then I gave up and asked for a refund. He didn't know how to do it.. liked the doctor. Never had a problem there before this time. I'm really disappointed and problem still not solved. These glasses cost WAY too much to accept anything but perfect product
