We were transferred to St Louis for granddaughters eye care and we are super pleased with everyone. My granddaughter had eye surgery and while we recognized several people through Mymercy we would also like to acknowledge Marlo Galli who continues to arrange appointments and has been fantastic following up after surgery as well as Mary Ann K who played a pivotal role helping to make traveling to St Louis and navigating the Hospital grounds seemless!

Dr. Goodrich was patient and kind with my nervous 5 year old daughter. The whole visit was pleasant and they did a great job of setting expectations for time and experience on the phone when the appointment was made. Everyone in the office was pleasant and kind.

I called in February to make an appointment for my son to get a full eye exam. The said they were booked far out so I took the appointment for June so at least my son would have a fresh exam, and glasses BEFORE the new school year. They call me the day of his appointment and said they would have to cancel because of a issue with the doctor and would call me back later that day to reschedule. They never called back. Today I called to see if they had an opening and could fit me right in since I did wait 4 months for an appointment and THEY cancelled..not me. They said I could not be rescheduled for something soon...I would have to wait until September. Horrible customer service especially because THEY cancelled my appointment not for anything COVID related but because a doctor issue. I should have been one of the FIRST few ppl back on the schedule, not out months on a schedule as if I was just calling.
