Exceptional Care and Kindness from Dr. H. Chen & Team! My visit with Dr. H. Chen and her wonderful colleague Kelli was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. Both of them were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive -- they took their time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The front desk staff also deserves a huge thank-you. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. It's rare to find a team that combines skill, compassion, and such positive energy all in one place. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received and the care shown by everyone in the office. I understand this office is busy but how the receptionist treated me was ridiculous. I work in a medical office and I KNOW the way you should respond to patients. I am concerned and wanted an appointment and the lady on the phone said we put a message in and the doctor called in today and won't be able to get back to me. Well there is other doctors there and since I'm not an established patient they could ask one of the other providers. I wanted to warn anyone, we are going through a lot to have to go to a specialist and for the lady to act like that is uncalled for. I will be filling a complaint because I am having serious symptoms and they don't care!!! DONT GO HERE OR TRY TO!!

Fabulous doctors. Terrible reception/ intake staff. Rose and Kayleigh are a nightmare. The young woman, Kayleigh, never knows what she is doing. Last visit she insisted I had a copay and refused to apply my secondary insurance. She was new at that time so I tried to be patient but insisted she ask someone else to get involved. She refused. Eventually someone walked by and verified. She didn't say another word but just shook her head. Today's visit- Rose hands me paperwork and tells me to sign. When I asked what I was signing away she became hostile and aggressive. Huffing and raising her voice. I'm sure it was because I am the youngest patient in the office that she is used to having the older/elderly patients sign without questioning but I wanted to read the paperwork to which I was rushed to sign. This infuriated her. Very unprofessional and rude.

Very nice staff! But they need to update their operating hours on google...
