My family and I have been coming for years and never a bad experience. Staff is very attentive and the optical staff are the best when it comes to selecting eyewear. Keep up great work!

I bought my first pair of eye glasses at this place to use as cheaters instead of wearing cheaters that would strain my eyes. I spent around $325 and found the cutest frames all gold and only reason I chose those frames because it was all gold. I'm very picky with my sunglasses and now glasses for reading. The lens fell out so I called them and they said to bring them back. One of their employees took my glasses to the back to fix the lens. When she gave them to me I could tell something looked different but I was in a hurry for another appointment. I didn't notice till later the frames the part that goes over my ears was totally changed out to a black frame. I DO NOT like black on my glasses and would not have bought them that way. They point blank are lying telling me they only canned the screw on them. Lies Lies Lies!!!!! I will never step foot in that place and only wished my friend and I spoke before I went there because she had issues with them too! Do not go there unless you want problems! I can't stand liars!!!!!!!!!!

I've never had a disappointing visit with these guys. Been with them for years now with no issues whatsoever. The staff is always kind, helpful, and reliable. Thanks for another great visit!

Listen to the reviews and run, the Dr was nice but the workers were rude. I've been left with horrible migraines and blurry vision due to receiving the wrong prescription. I asked to get an appointment that worked with my schedule and they were unable to accommodate. So then I asked for a refund and the receptionist was just down right rude. Refused me the number to billing. They treat people like trash because it's the city. They would not act like that in Chesterfield to patients. Very sad and disappointing.

This locations costumer service was awful. Specifically with the gentleman that worked there at the front desk. My appointment itself was fine, but when I came out to pay it was horrific. The opposite of relaxing and helpful. I had walked out with an initial price of $206 for my new lenses and at the desk this man was trying to upsell me an extra $70 for "reflections" put in my glasses. NONE of which was explained the right way. He simply kept on repeating "you will need them" "you should get them" and explained nothing further than that. I don't know if this man has vocational issues but that's what is sounded like. He kept on pushing the sale to me so I felt as if I had no space to even say no to him. Then I went to TRY and choose a new frame and he kept on walking back and forth CHOOSING FOR ME the frame and lenses when I did not ask him to. Completely imposing on me. At some point, the glasses I chose he picked them up and threw them to the side and said "I don't like these on you" and then said "these look like safety glasses" when at NO POINT I ASKED HIM WHAT HE THOUGHT OF SAID GLASSES. VERY unprofessional, VERY Imposing. I felt as if I had no say. I walked out upset.

On a Thursday morning Went to pick up new glasses lady helped me gave me glasses to try told her they were loose she said that's how they should be, told her they were supposed be only reading glasses which they were wrong also she brushed it off as if I was bothering her. Next day Friday afternoon went back same lady was there told her my situation and said that glasses are what they were??? Told her that they were wrong and were to blurry she replied that she couldn't do anything. I called Tuesday no answer left message for call back no return call from them in two days.So I called again a week later onThursday asked for manager lady that answered said she was the manager told her glasses weren't working out that they were wrong everything was blurry Emily said to bring them in. I walked in first thing the same lady that helped prior said to another coworker you take her the other said no to take her. I asked for Emily the manager as she told me on the phone and it was the same lady saying to the other to take me. Rude service. Finally after explaining again the glasses were wrong her answer Emily said that she just came back from vacation(maybe but just saw her less then four days ago)and doesn't know were this went wrong but to fix this it will be an additional $175 when the mistake was on them . Why do I need to pay $175 !!!! Measurements were take for bifocals not the full lense . I should just have gotten a magnifying glass instead to save time and money. Customer experience rude . Clientele assistance bad. Felt as if I was bothering her .

I went to this location for my sons first pair of glasses. I told the woman that I had never purchased glasses before and would need a lot of help. She essentially left me alone to pick the glasses. I felt so lost and was totally overwhelmed. When I picked two pairs and asked her if they fit she told me yes without really taking the time to look. After I made the purchase and left I felt so unsure of the interaction that I called the location at the hospital to ask some additional questions and considered cancelling the order. I decided to stick it out and went back for sizing when the glasses arrived. A second woman helped us on this occasion. I voiced my concern that they may be too big and she also told me they were fine and sent us on our way after about 5 minutes of interaction. We asked multiple questions about size and fit and got the same answer every time "yes, they fit". After a day of wearing each pair and realizing that neither pair would stay on my sons face we visited the location at the hospital and had an AMAZING experience. Raoul and Barb treated us like we were their only customers that day and made sure we left happy and with glasses ordered that actually fit my son. I would suggest anyone looking for children's glasses skip this location and head to the hospital location!

I came in. Was told to wait. Waited and waited and waited. Never given an eta. Seems like they don't have enough staff to run the place. Very disappointed by my reception. It so easy to greet patient's and give them an eta.
