Mercy Eye Care - Optical Shop - Medical Tower A

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mercy Eye Care involving repeated errors with my daughter's glasses. What should have been a simple visit turned into more than three months, eight trips to the office, and multiple interruptions to her school day. The prescription was entered incorrectly, the lenses were made wrong multiple times, and even after assurances that everything would be triple-checked, the glasses were still incorrect. This was especially distressing given that this involved a young child's vision. I have been a long-time customer and had always had positive experiences before this, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Thankfully, another employee eventually stepped in and resolved the issue, but the overall experience fell far below an acceptable standard of care.

good place for getting glasses and the people are nice, but they're a bunch of clock milkers. Had one person conveniently make me wait to put in an order for new glasses until 15 minutes until they closed after I already had my stuff picked out and then I was put on hold for 20 minutes while waiting for them to look for my glasses that I ordered. I also never received a text about my glasses I ordered coming in the mail. This is a nice place, but they love taking their time and keeping paying customers waiting.

This place has such a great selection of glasses and the nicest staff. My daughter was having trouble picking a pair after having her eyes dilated and spending a lot of time at the Dr's appointment. Kathleen heard us say if they had cat ears on top of glasses that would be perfect. Her extensive knowledge of the glasses had her searching through online inventory and calling a sales representative to find the pair she was thinking of. She showed us online and ordered two frames with different colors. They were perfect and Kathleen was so sweet amd excited for our daughter to try them on! Wonderful place.

We have been going here to pick out our glasses for 6 years and have ALWAYS had superior service for our daughter. Their Kids warranty is the best in the market 2 years plus if your RX changes within 90 days you can get them updated for free as long as 90 days. Everyone is always so nice and delivers too notch customer service. Not to many SO many options compared to other optical stores.

After several mistakes made by the employees over a very uncomfortable 30 day period, my son still doesn't have his glasses. My money was refunded and we will never come back.

The establishment is great. Forgot my daughters doc but she is great. CHRIS is great. Chris is a woman, she was so helpful and thoughtful! I !

They are friendly, and they really care how you look in your frames, I just love all of your employees
