I have been waiting for over a month for my new glasses. I returned the first pair because the bottom of the Len was twice as thick as my current ones.I reordered on October 15th with smaller frames as recommended by the dr. office I've been told today November 19 that something broke I've been told this before or don't have item this is truly sad. And really dread having you do my glasses in the future really makes me afraid I won't recommend your lab hope I can find another

From what I understand my local optician uses this lab for their lens. Been 3 weeks and find out that the Dr. had to send them back due to poor quality control. Now it's another week or more.

I made a mistake sending two frames to this lab at St. Louis. They were supposed to be sent to her sister lab in Illinois. I apologize causing the two labs much trouble to locate the frames, especially Ms. Nikki from St. Louis and Ms. Rosa from Illinois. With the joint effort, they found them. I appreciate their persistence and hard work! Thank you!!!

We have had multiple issues with their customer service in the past. We recently started sending more jobs to their lab, and multiple orders are now going on 3 and 4 weeks LATE due to "not passing inspection" We contacted our Lab Representative, Laurie, and haven't heard anything back. Do not recommend using Midland lab as your personal lab.

Ridiculous. I've been waiting for my glasses for over a month and have had no communication besides them saying they broke my first pair. No apologies, no communication, nothing. Do not order from them if you expect to have your glasses anytime in the near future.
