Missouri Eye Institute

I had cataract surgery Wednesday with great outcome. Went in Friday with an appointment for 8:30 a.m. for a follow-up and was very pleased with the staff and Dr. as always. Right in quick visit!!

I came with a friend who had their first-time visit with Dr. Olk. Both Dr. Olk & Dr Akhuman were very professional & brilliant with eyecare. Dr. Olk performed surgeries on both of my retinas to prevent the retina from complete detachments and very pleased with their specialty. Very nice employees who are so nice when taking one through the many procedures to check on the heath of your eyes. Then, the insurance lady is very informative and patient, along with the scheduling nurse, for she is also so informative and very patient to deal with the many problems with scheduling. I highly recommend this group for your eye needs.

They WAY overschedule appointments. If your appt is at 2:15 you might be called by 3:30 sometimes later.I am not sure why they do what they do. If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere I would definitely recommend it. Somewhere that respects people and their time!

Appointments are still way overbooked. You will be waiting at least an hour or multiple hours in my case just to see the doctor. Please stop over booking appointments.

I recommend this doctor office to anyone who would like a very polite and knowledgeable staff and the doctors are fantastic.It's been a long time since I have been to a doctors office that makes you feel like each and everyone one cares. A+ in my book.

Love this place and the quality of care they provide. Top Notch!
