The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The tech who took me back to begin the appointment was very pleasant and super knowledgeable, answering the questions I asked. The doctor was also very pleasant, and explained my status very clearly, adding additional information that I may need to know at a later time. Overall, a great visit/experience.

Everyone is nice and friendly but they are never on time. Expect to wait 35 - 45 minutes after your appointment time to be called. I find this rather frustrating especially since they say you may not be seen if you show up 15 minutes late yet they are always habitually late. I never have to wait more then 5 minutes at any other medical or dental practice.

Initially, testing and eye drops with Dr. Amato's assistant, Jessica (hopefully I remembered her name correctly).
She took time reviewing my medical history with me. She informed me that a side effect of Dupixent (recently prescribed HELPFUL Rx for combating eczema urticaria) is blurred vision.
Time with Dr. Amati included examining both eyes while they were dilated. Discussed cataracts and a new observation of dry macular degeneration.
Underwent a scan to obtain a baseline "picture " of the macular degeneration before ending the annual ophthalmologist appointment.
