I wish I could give them 0 stars! The lady Mrs. Kathy was a doll & my doctor was very polite, but the office supervisor is a Karen even though her name is Poline or Polly. The one in the picture that has on the burgundy blazer. She became very rude and started yelling at me because i was asking questions. I was told i have to pay 200.00 for my visit & the only thing i was saying that if the total is more than a usual copay amount, you should probably let the patient know up front. It was made to be my fault because i should know everything about my insurance. I told them to bill me and she flipped out and threatened me. Told me i was pushing it, as if she was going to put me over her lap and spank me! First and last time going to this location.
