The Pepose Visions South County office and Dr. Siegel are fantastic! Everyone is so pleasant, professional, and informative. I actually look forward for my yearly exams, something I don't do with any other doctor checkup, and I have plenty of those! Come here for your eye care needs. You will NOT be disappointed.

The South County location is MISSING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT to get the same/necessary care as the Chesterfield office. Does not have the ability to do the puff test/eye picture etc. If it's standard at the Chesterfield location, then it should be standard at all locations. I did not receive the same level of care because of this. Front desk staff and Eye doc were fantastic!

Love Pepose! All of the staff is excellent- super friendly, genuinely interested in whatever I said: questions, concerns, remarks, random life-stories. Dr. Rieger was thorough even though there wasn't much to discuss- no issues. I appreciate that he didn't rush through any part of the exam including the discussion time. I've experienced this with him when I have seen him before for myself as well as briefly for my daughter (there was a mix-up on my end and he still came into the office and explained that, while he was willing to see her if I wanted, the specialist care she needed would be better received from a pediatric ophthalmologist Children's Hospital). I also brought my late father in for an eye exam and another follow-up with another doctor who recently moved, and I recall how wonderful he was as well- so patient with my dad and trying to understand and resolve the vision challenges linked to a neurological disease. And the front desk staff has been awesome every time as well! Overall, I have really felt well cared for by everyone at Pepose.

I arrived just a few minutes early and was told there might be a slight delay. The delay was only about 10 minutes-not a problem at all. The exam was thorough and several questions I had about eye health were answered completely. They all took the necessary time to explain things to me. I have never had an issue with the treatment I receive, no matter their role in my care.

Great experience overall...again!! Greeted with a smile from a very helpful front desk staff, and even though I had to wait a little due to a traffic issue, the technician that took care of me apologized immediately for having to wait a few extra minutes before she took me back for my exam. Dr. Rieger always takes his time and explains everything very clearly when I have a question. I would highly recommend Pepose Vision to anyone that is looking for an eye care provider.

If you're considering LASIK... do it!!! I have been so pleased with my experience and I've never been able to see this well -- I can't believe I didn't do it sooner! Dr. Pepose and his team in Chesterfield, MO were incredible and made this process so easy, comfortable and pain-free, and I truly felt like Dr. Pepose was so excited for me (even with all of his years of experience it felt like he saw me as an individual and not just 1 of many). The facility is so clean and inviting, everyone is so welcoming, and I felt very cared for. Highly highly recommend!

These Doctors are the best in St Louis. I have had many surgeries there and they continue going above and beyond. My eye sight went from 20/200 to 20/10-12. Also had floater surgery. I would not go anywhere else
