Dr. Custer has provided wonderful care and follow-up for my family member. He restored an eyelid after a removal due to cancer. The plastic surgery Dr. Custer performed had excellent results. Very grateful to this doctor.

Started out great. Insurance approved the surgery. They called and left a message and asked me to call back. I called them back several times and asked them to call me back...crickets!!

All of the staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The doctor was kind and thorough and has been wonderful to work with on the multiple visits I have had. He did an excellent job with my surgery, the pre-op visit and now also with my follow ups. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. In addition to my own personal experience, anyone who referred me to Dr. Custer or spoke of knowing/working with him, only had good things to say about his capabilities and personality. This is very nice to hear and now that I can speak for my own experiences, they are correct.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Custer. His expertise in his field is unmatched in my opinion. The surgical staff that worked with him during my surgery was first rate and very caring. His office staff goes above and beyond to make appointments around your schedule if needed. I would like to especially acknowledge Stephanie for her determination to get my surgery scheduled and then rescheduled around the snow storm and transportation problems.

I can't speak to any experience with any Dr. in the building. I can state that the backend office staff have serious competency issues. I am going to go blind trying to find a new prodiver because they couldn't get their act together. The entire experience was one not so funny joke after another. If you have an appointment with this office you should: Call before and on the day of your appointment to make sure things are setup the way they are supposed to be. I called the day of my appointment because I didn't have a good feel for the staffs level of professionalism. They had it all wrong. Allegedly they had tried to reach out to me but I have no communication from them. They moved the appointment 13 days further out and didn't so much as utter a single word to me. Never again. Now I will likely have to travel out of state to find an eye Dr. to handle my issues. Unreal.

Dr. Custer is great. He explains fully the options you have and then gives his professional opinion on what he would choose and why. He and his staff are always professional, courteous, and I have never felt rushed.

Dr. Custer is the best. Was able to diagnose and treat me when other doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me.

I feel very fortunate and safe to have been in his care and to have a doctor of his caliber . Your eyes are so important to the quality of your life.
