Couldn't be happier with my visit with Dr. Brusatti today. He was very kind and compassionate and allowed plenty of time for my numerous questions - I didn't feel rushed at all. I received very confusing information regarding my Tixel i post-procedure. My appointment was rescheduled while I was there due to me having an eye issue but what I was given and told as pre-procedure teaching makes zero sense to me for an eye procedure. Also payment was poorly explained. Dr. Brusatti was fine but I am less than impressed with aspects of this visit.

This office is so kind, thorough, and caring. I have told many people, "Dr. Brusatti is one of the kindness men I have ever met." After years of struggling with "I know something is wrong" and going to many types of doctors, he ran a test and told me I need to get an MRI. I have a pituitary tumor. That is what was causing so many problems. I go back for eye exams and he is always concerned about my over health and how things are going. What a godsend in my life.

The office is a very professionally run business, from my entrance to my exit. Everyone was busy working, willing to help and answered questions and generally concerned about me the patient. Dr Brusatti was amazing! I had to have several different tests due to the problem I have been having with my eyes. When all tests were finished Dr Brusatti sat down with me explained in layman's terms what was happening with my eyes and how to get my eye problem solved. It will take time and work on my part. I highly recommend this office and Dr Brusatti!
