Dr Crawford is always friendly and thorough. She has diagnosed significant eye issues for both me and my husband, so we were able to obtain the appropriate care and treatment to save and protect our vision. In our book, Dr Crawford is the best!

I am 70 years old and I have been seeing optometrists since 1965. Dr. Crawford is simply the best optometrist I have been seen. You get a thorough examination and her explanation of any problem you are having with your eyes is easy to understand.

Let me first say if you're planning to get cataract surgery done by Dr. Galanis whatever you do don't get this done by him. The rest of his staff in the back are very courteous and will listen to you. I had both of my eyes done been almost 3 months now my left eye is so jacked up worse than it's ever been. All Dr. Galanis wants to do is come in and do a procedure and charge money. He doesn't want to talk to you. Take the time to talk to you. And if you have a problem, he doesn't care. He doesn't want to waste his time talking to you. I don't think it's too much to ask that the communication between me and his staff in the back has been relayed to him and he understands my needs or my expectations when sitting in his office dilated ready to have a laser procedure done because the cataract surgery hasn't worked yet on the first eye that he did. I just asked him if this laser surgery is Going to take care of the problem that I have blurred vision, extremely light sensitive and not doing what I needed. A priest proceeds to tell me that if I need to get a second opinion that I can do that I said I don't need a second opinion, if you're gonna tell me that what you're wanting to do is going to take care of the problem. He proceeds to say Mr. Baker you're just being unreasonable. I said I don't think it's unreasonable to make sure that you understand what my expectations are and what I've been told in the back, we're all on the same page he against as Mr. Baker you're being I unreasonable then he jumps up. He puts his hands in the air and says Mr. Baker I'm not gonna do a thing for you and walks out the little gal that was taking the notes for him said don't look at me. I just work here since then I have went and got a second opinion actually I have Two other opinions, both of them are telling me that the lens is not put in correctly now I have to go see a specialist to have an ultrasound done on my eye To see if they can correct what he messed up in my opinion, Dr. Galanis is very unprofessional and very impersonal. He does not want to talk to the patients. He wants everybody in the back all of his staff to write this down in a computer take notes and he doesn't want to talk to you about anything I know this is a long review, but I hope it helps people think before they get anything done by Dr. Galanis.

I have been going to this office for a few years now, and I am very satisfied with the attention that I have received. They treat you with professionalism and respect. I've seen Dr., Galanis, Dr., Crawford, and other professionals who have all been very efficient, and courteous. I recommend this ophthalmology office.

I have been going to this practice for years. The names and people may change, but they are consistently the nicest, kindest people and treat everyone with such respect. The doctors are great too!

I got in for my appointment in a timely manner. My appointment didn't take that long and Dr. Crawford was very thorough and informative.

As always, Dr. Crawford and her staff were extremely courteous during my six month visit. I have been seeing Dr. Crawford since 2020. The one thing I need to comment on is that the technicians were over-friendly compared to prior visits. I'm not complaining, I'm just making a statement. As always, I highly recommend Dr. Crawford to new patients. You will be guaranteed excellent care.
