I got red carpet, professional patient and doctor treatment. I didn't have to wait for long periods of time. We were greeted with a smile, along with expressions of "How was your day today? by one of the new assistant which made me feel welcomed and able to trust the care I would be receiving at which I did, with the doctors, as well as those who assisted me and my husband in getting the right style and comfort along with looks for our glasses. We are extremely satisfied and looking forward for our next visit.

From the check-in to the checkout, everything was great I liked the people who checked me in. I appreciated the lady who did the pre-check on my eyes before I went into the doctor. The doctor was fabulous and took a lot of time, examining my eyes and explaining things and then buying the glasses is always a delightful experience there as they have so many choices and I can't imagine a better place or a better treatment. I did go somewhere else last year and I won't do it again!

I found Dr. Ernst through ZocDoc and grateful that I did. Only hiccup was that they didn't know an appointment was made which is more zocdoc's fault than the doctors office. Overall the whole experience was very good! I haven't had an eye exam in 5 years and I needed it badly. I was able to not only locate a doctor quickly but was able to get in in less than a week which is perfect for me since I'm off this week. The whole staff was amazing and nice which is also great since I come with challenges that most people don't. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and will be back next year.

After a thorough eye exam with appropriate testing, diagnosis given was treatable and it gave me great relief knowing that it was not a serious eye-threatening situation.
