The staff was made up of the most unprofessional people that I have ever encountered. Not only did the receptionist allow her toddler to run amok through the office, but the doctor that I saw cursed repeatedly and talked down to me during my visit. As a clinician myself, I find this behavior completely unacceptable and very insulting. The staff frequently violated HIPPA regulations by talking about patients' protected health information in the middle of the waiting room and leaving the exam room door wide open during consultation. This clinic seems to prey on medicare patients, believing that the elderly will not report the illegal activity and abusive treatment they must endure at this establishment. If you or a loved one is seeking medical attention for an eye issue PLEASE seek help from another clinic.
