It's a horrible experience! Wait times are long. I have shown up numerous times to pick up and no one is there. Or if they are you have to wait to pick up a paid order while someone is getting glasses. That can take over 30 minutes! My family is done with Sams optical.

I took my elderly grandmother here because we were told it was affordable. It wasn't for someone on a fixed income. Not only that when we arrived a woman with blonde hair was very off putting. She seemed to busy to be bothered. We had to wait for someone else and this person who said swear words in front us was the so called manager. Just over all a bad experience. When I told my friend about what happened, they said they recently stopped going because of poor service.
