This location has something going on w their card readers. Me and my mom shopped here on the 11th of October and on October 12th $300 was wiped from my moms card and this was the last place she used her card. When we called the card company to report the charge we were informed that we are one of thousands of people that have had this same issue in the past 2 weeks at Sam's club. Not really sure what's going on.

I got an eye exam and new glasses. Was a great experience. Doctor was thorough and patient. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Frame Selection was very good. The turn around time to get my order was quick. Very happy to recommend.

Went here to get an eye exam for glasses and ghp contact lenses. The contact lenses they sold me did not fit properly and hurt my eyes when I wore them. When I went back to talk to the doctor about why my lenses did not fit, I was told that they would need to call my old eye doctor to figure out why my old lenses fit , but the Sam's club lenses did not. They billed me an additional $125.00 for coming in to see why the lenses did not fit, and did not fix the lenses. In short, I paid for a pair of lenses that hurt my eyes, and then was charged for a second exam because I came in to tell them that the lenses hurt my eyes. Can't recommend them.

Phone rings forever..approx 30 +rings and then they p/u and say "please hold" and get disconnected!!! Sam's customer service is horrible, but I believe it is more of managements fault. Can't get rid of good workers and cut hours to save company money and expect good customer service. Frustration!!!!
