Receptionist needs to hand people whatever she is giving back instead of just laying it on the counter and greet her guest. The chairs in the lobby and in the exam rooms needs to be deep cleaned!!! Dr Blatt needs to use soap and water when washing his hands coming into a patient room instead of just using cold water to rinse his hands

I had a very disappointing experience with this office due to a complete lack of respect for my time. I took my son out of school and took time off work to attend a scheduled appointment. When we arrived, we were told they were running late. I asked for an estimate so I could decide whether to wait or reschedule, as I also had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. I was told there was no way of knowing how long the delay would be, but that they would do their best to see us in time. After waiting 30 minutes, we were then told there was no way they could see us and have us finished within another hour. At that point, the appointment was effectively impossible to keep, and our time had already been wasted. I understand that delays happen, but the lack of transparency and the failure to communicate realistic expectations was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this office to families or working parents who need providers that respect scheduled appointment times and patients' commitments.

I recommend looking elsewhere. Complete disrespect of time. I have been sitting here with two kids for an hour. Was even asked to come 30 minutes early for our appointment and an hour later we still haven't seen the doctor. This will be the last time anyone from my family comes here.

A great private practice that really cares about their patients. We were seen in a timely manner for all appointments. Dr. Blatt was very caring and answered all our questions. We have been very pleased with the results after adult strabismus surgery. We would highly recommend a consultation with him for any child or adult who has been dealing with these specific eye problems.

Incredibly grateful to Dr. Blatt and his team for the care they always show my daughter when we come in. Shes not a fan of doctors in general (still pretty young) but they have a way of putting her at ease and entertaining her while we are there! I always appreciate that kind of care!

Shoutout to Dr. Blatt and his amazing team! They're absolute pros when it comes to working with kids -- so patient, kind, and calming. My son actually looks forward to his visits and never feels nervous during testing. Grateful for such a caring and thoughtful team!

One of the worst Doctor's office visits I've ever experienced. The doctor was obviously triple booked and was bouncing from room to room. I myself was moved three times to accommodate other patients. We were there for 3 hours and I felt the care was poor.

Dr. Blatt was great for our daughter. She's had many eye surgeries and he took the time to understand her and make a plan with us. We are extremely happy with the results and the care we received. We are looking forward to continuing with St. Louis Eye Care Specialists.
