Very friendly and helpful at initial appointment. My mother and I were very pleased. But we were never notified once the glasses arrived. When I called, I discovered they had come in. I was surprised and I asked when they came in, I was told, "I am one person, doing the work of many. I don't have time to be concerned about those details."

Amazing experience! Dr. Veenhuis was punctual, professional, and perfect (and seriously, finding a doctor that doesn't overbook so that you see your doctor AT THE TIME YOU ACTUALLY SCHEDULED FOR is flat out amazing.) His assistants were very courteous and handled all my questions quite efficiently. All in all, couldn't ask for a better experience; I'm recommending Star Eye Care to all my friends and family. You won't be disappointed!

This is Devin's mom Star Eye Care is a great place to eye exams for you and your entire family. The doctor is very nice he shares his knowledge about the eyes and their health with you. His exam is very thorough. I'm very happy with the quality and level of service.

Was encouraged to get a tint on my lens,after wearing them for a few months,I realized that I didn't like the tint,went to get it removed, was told that I would have to purchase new lenses, I did that,it took almost a month,called about it, then they were ready in a couple days(I found that strange).got new lenses that was not polished, when asked about it I was told that I need to pay an additional fee for that.
