I had a wonderful shopping experience with Cameron and Tara yesterday. They are both very knowledgeable about the many different frame and lense combinations one can buy. I could tell they were very genuine in how they took the time to help me look at different glasses and sunglasses even though it took a while for me to decide. This place is awesome! I had a pair of glasses I bought years ago from somewhere else and one of the screws that held the lens and frame in place came off and, after spending over an hour trying to get it screwed in, I gave up. I called Target Optical and they told me that could probably fix it. I went and they were able to fix it - for free! Josh the manager was AWESOME (he's the one who fixed it) and the lady that was also working (I didn't catch her name) was very friendly as well! Highly recommend this location just for the customer service alone!

Target Optical on Hampton has always been amazing with my family and I. Josh quickly gained our trust from the beginning, always gets a great fit on our glasses, and is always kind and caring with everyone who comes into optical. Cameron and the other teammate (I'm sorry I am terrible with names, and you found the glasses that I love) were an amazing comfort when picking out glasses. Usually I have a lot of anxiety over picking frames and it can be very stressful, but the entire team has always made it feel stress free, comfortable, and welcoming. We never feel ignored or rushed there; where we have felt this at other places. We moved away a couple of years ago, and we still choose to drive an hour just to work with this team of amazing people. They are patient, kind, and encouraging... and they know eye care very well. It's a win-win everytime.
