Dr. Bias and the whole team are Great. They let you know everything and your options. Didn't try to push this or that on me. There is a lot to absorb with all the information on how it is done, but never minded any of my questions and answered them. I had both done, Its amazing how bright and clear everything is now. Plus for me anyway, they say I will not need contacts or glasses again . Would give them 10 stars if possible. Dr. Bias and his team know what they are doing, you will be nervous at first since its your eyes they are working on, but as soon as you come out of the surgery and you can see, like never before, you will want the other eye done , but you have to wait a few weeks. I highly recommend Visionary Eye Care for removal of cataracts. Dr. Bias and his team exceeded my expectations from the start. The team of workers are very professional, caring and most important to me, organized in every aspect. I am very impressed with how well I can see one day after surgery.. I am looking forward to my next surgery.

I had both my cataracts corrected at Visionary Eye Care and Surgery by Dr. Bias using laser and multi focal lenses. It was more expensive then what Medicare covers under the slice and dice and single vision lenses but totally worth it. The procedure was painless and quick.

I first will say I have worked as a medical professional for 25 years. I had the first appointment after lunch and arrived approximately 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and knocked on the office door as instructed to do. One of the office staff came and allowed me inside to start the check in process. I provided them with completed new patient paperwork etc. and instructed to have a seat while another patient was locked outside. After a couple of minutes I was taken back and a couple of quick tests were completed with machines with the medical assistant and then I was placed into a patient treatment room with headphones that were used over and over. Not exactly the most hygienic or safe with Covid. I did see them being quickly cleaned with one alcohol pad after I was done with them. I had to watch some instructional/educational videos that were obviously made by the office that pushed using all of the most expensive equipment and lenses for cataract surgery. I was in the room for well over 45 minutes and as I said I was the first appointment but Dr Bias I am assuming chose to see another patient first. Why I do not know, my time is just as valuable as anyone else's. It also appeared as though all of the other patients were of retired ages and I am still younger and working. I needed to return to work and was left sitting for greater than 30 minutes. When he finally arrived into my room he introduced himself and I noticed he was wearing a N95 mask while all of the other staff were just wearing regular surgical masks. I just thought oh ok at first and did not think much about it. He started the exam and then explained that me left eye needed to be completed first and then left. He also would not listen to any of MY concerns or anything that I had discussed or what my eye specialist who referred me to him had discussed with me. It was totally "his way" or no way. I now understand why I think he wears a better mask. I just did not get any feeling whatsoever that I had any input whatsoever into anything that was going to happen with my surgery. I then called my eye specialist and discussed with he my disappointment in Dr Bias and let her know he would not be preforming my surgeries. I do not and will not be treated the way in which I was by anyone. Think twice is all I have to say.

From the moment you enter the office was clean and staff greeting and sign in was was quick. The eye testing process was totally efficient and the doctor's explanation was clear and concise. Couldn't ask for a better visit.

Very knowledgeable, friendly & respectful of my time. Excellent results! Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Office personnel are so friendly and Dr. Bies is very personable and informative.
