I ordered my glasses on November 10th with an estimated turnaround time of 10 days, it is now December 7th & my order has yet to be fulfilled. I called customer service & the woman was not able to articulate an exact reason for why my order has not been fulfilled.
UPDATE: It is now Dec. 10th & my glasses still have not shipped. They replied to my review asking me to reach out & did not respond to my email. I would not recommend anyone order from Warby Parker.

They were really awesome I just needed my glasses fixed a screw came out they couldn't fix it but they tried, got it fixed for me until I get a permanent fix. Really helpful and while there discovered some other glasses I'd like to buy in the future.
