I love Warby Parker! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The glasses are stylish and affordable. I love that their prices are much lower than competitors.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Dr. Smith was awesome and really helped me better understand my eye health. Already knew Warby Parker was awesome cause I can get all the things I need for my glasses for a price even my insurance can't beat and this location made my impression of the brand even better! My new go to place for eye care!

Great store. We walked in on a whim and was able to get an eye exam same day and order the glasses. They had a great selection of frames and loved that they even display them by size. Makes it so much easier for us to figure out which of that style would fit best.

Loved my experience today. Had a fantastic exam with good feedback, picked two sets of everyday frames and a pair of sunglasses all in 40 minutes. Best glasses experience of my life!

This is the 4th vision center I tried, and far and above the best. The staff were all exceedingly kind and helpful in fixing an existing pair of glasses and in helping to choose a good new frame and optional add-ons. It was great to be able to work with such a competent team of professionals to get the right pair of glasses. Their teamwork and efficiency allowed me to get in and out on my lunch hour!

The staff was very knowledgeable about the offerings and experiences. Unlike other locations, the entire team worked together to help find me glasses that fit the style and look I was going for. It was a team approach. Great team and great environment.

Had a good time in here playing around with difference types of frames and then making the final selection under the expert eyes of one of the best customer care reps I ever met. Sorry her name escapes me a day later. What I didn't know. That lady was about to get off work. I think she decided to stay cause she could tell I was already invested in our connection. She was patient and cheerful! A lot better than I would have been at the end of my workday. LOL. In my defense I had no idea, she gave me no clue and stayed engaged. She was so nice and made my day once we both agreed on the frame that was "all me" LOL

I went to the store for an eye exam and to purchase glasses. The exam and selection process went great. However, when it came to shipping logistics, there was an issue. Since I recently relocated from Chicago to St. Louis, the Warby Parker employee and I went over adding my new address to my account for the shipment of these glasses. The address was updated for this order, but my package was still shipped to my old Chicago address despite confirming the change in-store. I'm quite disappointed, especially since I've shopped with Warby Parker before. When I contacted customer service, I asked if they could cover the cost of shipping the glasses from Chicago to St. Louis. Unfortunately, they told me I would have to ship the glasses back to Warby Parker so they could process and resend them to my new address. This would take too long, as I need the glasses ASAP. Now, I have to pay for the shipping label myself and arrange for someone in Chicago to send them to me.
