Dr. Watson did my cataract surgery. The office personnel, hospital personnel and Dr. Watson were all very professional and at times very funny. I would recommend Dr. Watson to everyone that needs this surgery. I was wearing trifocals before surgery and now don't wear glasses. Great job Dr. Watson!!

If you want passive aggressive care this is the place to go. The front desk ladies are sure to assist you in that area. I Had mistakenly came in on the wrong day For my appointment. I drove an hour and 20 minutes again. It was my mistake. I asked the lady at the front desk is there anyway I could be seen ? Then the passive aggressive started. Sighs, frowning faces, under the breath comments to each other. Things of this nature. All they had to say was we are unable to accommodate, but no! They want to come across like you've inconvenienced them. They act like all you are wanting to do is come in for a new prescription for new glasses. I'm truly offended by their behavior. I won't be back. The front desk lady made sure that after I was seen she had me sitting for a while, stating she needed to check if my insurance would cover the cost for prescription. She made me feel like part of the issue was because I'm on Medicaid. It really is offensive to think you are being judged my need of State Assistance for medical care. But I guess it's the norm nowadays to show ignorance and bias towards another person. To each their own, but I won't go back!

I was referred to this clinic by a doctor for double vision that I have been experiencing for the last 2 weeks. My appointment scheduled would have been my third attempt at finding some relief until I received a call back. The lady on the phone told me verbatim, "you are wasting your money. What do you think we are going to do for you that your previous eye exams have not?". I was deeply offended. To her I was not worth their precious time to be seen or advised on how to better take care of my eyes during this time. I have never had any problems with my eyesight up until the last weeks and have been struggling with my days. I cannot just brush off the that fact. I have been desperate for answers and my upcoming appointment offered me some hope for help. I understand that there is no treatment available, but a job of a healthcare provider is also to educate a patient on how to take better care of themselves especially in order to not worsen symptoms. I don't know what they could have offered me but apparently not much and I will never find out because whoever is answering their phone is telling people to not visit their clinic.

I went for my eye's check up the staff is great now I have my two pairs of eyeglasses thanks to the staff here
