We have been coming to Children's Eye Center for over 10 years now. We left briefly for 3 years when our insurance changed but returned as soon as we could. The staff here is wonderful and Dr. Hoekel has been amazing with my son. We have never had an issue with our prescriptions here and treatment has always seemed to be progressing in a positive direction.

Extremely Disappointed! Jordan at the front desk of pediatrics neurologist was extremely rude and careless. I understand if the call was from an outsider with zero information but if I gave you the right information and the background story and resources where I got the information from that should've been enough to be more understanding or at least take the message and let it be up to Dr. Guerriero. She had zero care or concerned about my 3 year old daughter because she not her patient. She didn't care if she was referred by Dr. Collins staff.

St. Louis Childrens Eye Center has the most phenomenal doctors. I asked my son if he likes his doctor he said "no I love him." Keep up the great work Dr. Hoekel. You are the light at the end of what used to be our dark tunnel.

The doctors are amazing! They do such a great job!!!
However, the front desk needs some work. One of the ladies has a NASTY attitude! She looked visibly annoyed when asked to grab something. Not friendly at all.
