I have been a very satisfied patient for many years. Dr. Nitchman is very professional, yet pleasantly personable. Answers all questions in a manner easily understood. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful when it comes to getting new pescriptions, handling insurance, etc.

First appointment with Dr. was very good and is very professional. Return trip, not as good. Was told to try contact, just stop in and order or let them know. Stopped in to say there was a problem. One staff member was helpful, one very rude. After waiting nearly a half hour with no explanation of how long of a wait, a nice staff member asked if I had been helped. The rude person said I would just have to wait until I could be worked in, so I left. If you deal with the right staff, I'd highly recommend the doctor and rest of staff.
