First time visiting. Accepts Humana Tricare insurance. Professional and friendly staff. Facility well lighted and efficiently laid out with offers to fill the prescription within reception area. Dr. Mudd was deligent and listened tentively. In all, an extremely pleasant visit with a reasonable cost to check the eyes and fullfill a new prescription. No regrets and would recommend to friends and family.

Got an exam and glasses here over a year a go, exam was great and covered everything I wanted to. But when it comes to front end staff, this place falls on it's face. I remember I felt rushed picking out glasses and the person doing all the insurance calculations didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. What prompted me writing this review is I just received a bill a year later saying I owed them some money cause the insurance didn't fully cover a part of the exam. Called this place to ask about it and immediately got a hostile attitude from whoever answers the phone here. So while the exam/doctor is great, their front end staff needs some work which is why I would steer clear of this place.

I have been a patient of Doctor Harvey since the time she opened Advanced Eye Care over 20 years ago. Doctor Harvey and her office have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They do not make you feel rushed as a patient or when answering questions. Due to my schedule, I have had occasion to be seen by each of the doctors and I have also gone to each of the 3 locations for Advanced Eye Care from time to time. My experiences with this office have always been exceptional, and I will continue to patronize this business.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to do business with. I have been using them for some time now. I have always been treated good. I don't for one minute believe some if not all of the negative comments are true. They are very compassionate and I will continue to have my eyes checked there. Booyah.

Sorry to see your negative comment. I'm confident that Dr Harvey did none of these things. Advanced EyeCare always strives to give the best care. Both Doctors are Mothers and would never treat a child or anyone in this way.

Dr. Mudd was very courteous, professional treated me, and when it came time to pay out-of-pocket, the bill did not break the bank highly recommend!!!

Very thorough exam and attentiveness. I was pleased and I'm pretty particular. Especially about going to doctors.

All of the Doctors are very kind and welcoming. Staff is great and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for your eye care needs!
